1972 Volkswagen beetle

I have had this up for sale for a while now and have not had any response. I paid 9500 it had a whole new engine rebuild brand-new spray job and new tyres the car hasn't been out in the rain. I have owned it for years, and it hasn't been used enough, so what is it worth it is mot and tax exempt put new carb on but runs a bit lumpy I have the original carb it runs perfect with that one may need a tune.Ps I tried looking for a logbook but can't find it.
